MEF Writing Fellows Policy

The Middle East Forum sponsors several Writing Fellows who contribute informed, well-written analyses to our various publications or to third-party publishers.

Writing Fellows Policy Statement:
The Middle East Forum invites diverse specialists to provide their expertise as Writing Fellows. These scholars, journalists, and other analysts have demonstrated knowledge, research capabilities, and unique perspectives. To ensure a broad range of analysis, MEF affiliates with Writing Fellows who may express views that do not align with MEF’s approach. This intellectual diversity strengthens the Forum’s ability to understand complex dynamics.

MEF endorses only those writings that appear on MEForum.org. Those publications and talks undergo our editorial review process and suit our platform. The work of Writing Fellows, including publications, social media presence, and public appearances, that do not appear at MEForum.org do not necessarily represent MEF’s positions or recommendations.
