Hamas in America is on the warpath, and they are taking no prisoners. With the Muslim Brotherhood stooge in the White House, the Hamas-tied Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is taking any and every opportunity to attack and destroy the few brave enough to stand up and speak against jihad and Shariah. Now they are going after war heroes like retired Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, a great American and patriot. Nothing is sacred.
Last Thursday, Hamas-CAIR issued a press release demanding to know why Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney met with Boykin. The headline was “CAIR Asks Romney to Explain Meeting with Infamous Islamophobe: Muslim rights group questions why candidate willing to hold private meeting with anti-Muslim extremist.” The release asked Romney to “clarify his decision to meet privately with a key figure in the Islamophobia movement, retired Lt. Gen. William G. ‘Jerry’ Boykin.”
Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood groups like CAIR are foreign agents and should be treated as such. No one – not Romney or anyone else – should be bowing to demands from CAIR. Islam expert Robert Spencer sums it up: “CAIR operatives have repeatedly refused to denounce Hamas and Hezbollah as terrorist groups. Several former CAIR officials have been convicted of various crimes related to jihad terror. CAIR’s cofounder and longtime Board chairman (Omar Ahmad), as well as its chief spokesman (Ibrahim Hooper), have made Islamic supremacist statements. Its California chapter distributed posters telling Muslims not to talk to the FBI.”
CAIR was also named unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist funding trial in our nation’s history. According to a captured internal document entered into evidence at that trial, CAIR’s parent organization, the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), which has since been shut down as a Hamas front, is part of a group of Muslim organizations in the U.S. that are among the Muslim Brotherhood’s like-minded “organizations of our friends.”
These groups share the common goal of dismantling American institutions, eroding our freedoms and ultimately turning the U.S. into a Shariah state. Their stated goal is “that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands … so that … God’s religion [Islam] is made victorious over all other religions.”
Discover The Networks notes that Muslim Brotherhood operative Mohamed Akram, the author of this document on strategies for conquering the U.S. for Islam, “was well aware that in the U.S., it would be extremely difficult to promote Islam by means of terror attacks. Thus the ‘grand jihad’ that he and his Brotherhood comrades envisioned was not a violent one involving bombings and shootings, but rather a stealth (or “soft”) jihad aiming to impose Islamic law (Shariah) over every region of the earth by incremental, non-confrontational means. … At its heart, Akram’s document details a plan to conquer and Islamize the United States – not as an ultimate objective, but merely as a stepping stone toward the larger goal of one day creating ‘the global Islamic state.’”
And they are doing it: This demand that Romney throw Boykin under the bus is part of that goal. CAIR is trying to establish the principle that American politicians and elected officials have to answer to them and make their positions on issues and their associations Shariah-compliant. And all too many politicians and officials are willing and even eager to comply. But every accommodation to CAIR gives way to more demands for still more accommodation of the most oppressive and brutal ideology on the face of the earth.
This is why this election is critical and Romney must prevail. We are under attack from within. In light of that, it was great news Saturday morning when Romney announced that Paul Ryan was his choice to be the Republican candidate for vice president. What a clear and clean message. Despite the media’s war on American exceptionalism, capitalism, individual rights, business and businessman, the producers, the family, and conservatism, Romney did not blink. He picked an uncompromised conservative (and in doing so gave the media the middle finger).
I love Ryan. It’s an inspired choice. Romney chose well. The campaign is clearly defined. Anti-American vs pro-American. That’s it. It’s not restore America, it’s free her.
This is a very good sign of things to come. Let’s hope also that Romney doesn’t blink before CAIR on his meeting with Boykin, and that that meeting is a sign he will pursue a realistic and patriotic policy of resisting the global jihad and Islamic supremacism. Hope! Change! Pray!
