Fighting slumping polls and third-place standing, the Liberals came out swinging Wednesday against candidates in the parties ahead of them.
Accusing the candidates of discriminatory behaviour, Islamophobia, and sexism, the Liberals say all three contenders should be kicked off their respective party's slate.
Thursday is the last day for parties to change their candidates ahead of the June 7 provincial election.
The Grits are calling out NDP candidate Paul Miller and Progressive Conservative candidates Andrew Lawton and Merrilee Fullerton.
"We are against anti-woman, anti-Islam people running in a mainstream party," Liberal Campaign Co-chair Deb Matthews said about Lawton.
