Anti-Islamic leader Nathan Abela has complained police have not met his request for a copy of his interview with them over a shooting at his home in Sydney's west.
Abela, the leader of the now defunct Facebook group Australian Defence League (ADL), was representing himself at Fairfield Local Court on Friday as he faced one count of hindering the investigation of a serious indictable offence.
In April police were called to the 24-year-old's home in Greystanes after several shots were fired into his home.
