Judge Rules Against Effort to End San Diego Schools/CAIR Partnership

A federal judge has ruled against the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund (FCDF)'s attempt to stop the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) from partnering with the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) in an anti-bullying/anti-"Islamophobia” program. This despite CAIR’s Islamist credentials and SDUSD statistics showing that only two students in the school district were bullied because they were Muslim. FCDF is likely to appeal the decision to the Ninth Circuit, which could offer further challenges.
