CAIR Hit With Subpeonas in San Diego Schools Collusion Case

Pursuant to its lawsuit against CAIR and the San Diego Unified School District for promoting religion in the classroom under the guise of “anti-bullying,” the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund has issued subpoenas to CAIR California seeking related communications and documents. Meanwhile, a federal judge has ordered the school district to hand over details on its relationship with CAIR, because it continued to engage with the Islamist organization after telling the public it has ceased to do so.
