Arabic Principal: I’ll Keep Fighting [on Dhaba “Debbie” Almontaser]

The ousted former principal of the city’s Arabic school packed a Brooklyn church yesterday, where she vowed to keep fighting for her old job.

“The [Department of Education] board members need to be held accountable,” Debbie Almontaser tearfully told several hundred supporters in Park Slope.

She resigned under pressure from the Khalil Gibran International Academy last summer after publicly defending the term “intifada” on a T-shirt.
