Employer: The Middle East Forum works to define and promote American interests in the Middle East through research, publications, and educational outreach. It holds that the United States has vital interests in the region which are advanced by fighting radical Islam, convincing the Palestinians that Israel is permanent, reducing funds going to the Middle East for energy purchases, slowing down the democratization process, developing strategies to contain Iran, and more robustly asserting U.S. interests vis-à-vis Saudi Arabia.
