Iran's Larjani cancels meeting with Foreign Affairs Chair Berman

U.S. Rep. Howard Berman (D-Calif.), Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, was to have met in December in Bahrain with Ali Larijani, the speaker of the Iranian parliament and formerly the top Iranian nuclear negotiator. Larjani canceled the meeting at the last minute.
