United Patriots Front displays ‘stop the mosques’ banner on Kwinana Freeway

Once again, the United Patriots Front has unfurled its xenophobic “stop the mosques” sign — this time on a busy Kwinana Freeway overpass.

The banner was unravelled on the South Perth overpass for Wednesday morning peak hour commuters to see.

The sign is identical to the one used at the western derby at Subiaco Oval last month, right down to the “GO WCE”.

Several men were escorted out of the football match, with one issued a move on notice.

Pictures and video of the latest stunt were uploaded to the United Patriots Front Facebook page, prompting a litany of poorly-spelled messages from the anti-Muslim groups supporters.

The uploaded video confirms the sign was “the banner we had at the footy, so it hasn’t been confiscated”.

The UPF claims to be a consortium of like-mined Australians who are against the “Islamisfication” of Australia.

They also plan to establish a political party called Fortitude.
