Leading Bristol Muslim and former government adviser, Farooq Siddique, charged with rapes
A former government adviser on tackling radicalisation will appear in court charged with a string of offences including rape and assault.
Police confirmed leading Bristol Muslim, Farooq Siddique, will appear in front of the city's magistrates later this month to face six allegations, including three of rape.
The 46-year-old has also been charged with two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm and one count of making a threat to kill.
