Katie Hopkins arrest website: Over 1000 people sign petition to launch police investigation into 'racist' tweets Police confirmed to Mirror Celebs that they've received complaints and are currently trawling through Katie's tweets, although no investigation has been launched
A website calling for Katie Hopkins arrest has been created following a string of anti-Muslim posts on her Twitter account.
The site – called Arrest Katie Hopkins – claims the former Apprentice contestant has attracted attention and the owner of the site has complained to the police, the Home Secretary and the Director of Public Prosecutions - where all petitions are sent - and so far more than 1000 people have signed.
Police confirmed to Mirror Celebs that they have received complaints and are currently looking into Katie's tweets, though no investigation has been launched.
