In a development that tells us all we need to know about the rot infecting academe, Rutgers University professor Jasbir Puar has won an award for her book The Right to Maim, which makes the outrageous claim that the Israel Defense Forces purposefully cripples Palestinians. This follows Puar’s controversial allegation that Israel harvests organs and conducts scientific experiments on Palestinians, otherwise known as a Medieval blood libel. How much lower can it go?
