Profs ‘Demand’ Peace in the Middle East (at Israel’s Expense)

As noted by blogger Gary Fouse, a rogues’ gallery of anti-Western academics have penned a statement “demanding” peace in the Middle East, while ignoring those perpetuating violence in the region. Omitting internal strife altogether, the authors focus their ire on the American-Israeli alliance, before “demanding” that Israel initiate the “denuclearization of the Middle East.” In other words, “peace” consists of an absent US and a defenseless, friendless Israel. How convenient.
