If one can be judged by his supporters, then Oxford scholar Tariq Ramadan’s Islamist credentials just got a boost. The Investigative Project on Terrorism reports that two radical D.C. mosques held programs calling for Ramadan’s release from the French jail where he’s incarcerated on rape charges. Worse, their rallies were sponsored by the Aafia Foundation, so-named for the convicted Pakistani terrorist Aafia Siddiqui, aka “Lady Al-Qaida.”
