Westrop also addresses President Trump’s new executive order reviewing Brotherhood chapters abroad, noting that it targets already-banned branches while avoiding major state sponsors like Qatar and Turkey. He argues that effective policy requires naming and confronting the full range of Islamist networks rather than relying on the broad, imprecise “Muslim Brotherhood” label.
