The Supreme Court announced Friday it will review the legality of President Trump‘s travel ban at the end of April.
The court released the April calendar Friday and arguments in the travel ban case will be heard on Wednesday, April 25, which is the last day of regularly scheduled arguments for the term.
The court agreed in January to hear the case about two months after the justices granted the administration’s request to fully reinstate the president’s ban on travelers from six majority-Muslim countries — Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia and Chad — that was blocked by lower court orders.
