The Council on American-Islamic Relations is handing out “pills” to combat Islamophobia at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.
The fake medicine called “Islamophobin” contains “pills” that are actually chewing gum pieces. The group said the pills will help alleviate “blind intolerance,” “unthinking bigotry,” “an irrational fear of Muslims,” and “U.S. presidential fear mongering,” an obvious reference to presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
The box warns that a major side effect is that the pills will “spread love.” The box also instructs users to “take two and call a Muslim in the morning.”
Islamophobin cautions its users, saying that it may lead “to a peaceful coexistence.”
