Petition Demands Removal of UC Berkeley’s Nezar AlSayyad Over Sexual Harassment

Students and faculty have launched a petition calling for UC Berkeley officials to make a decision on revoking tenure for Middle East scholar Nezar AlSayyad. The professor was found in violation of the faculty code of conduct in a 2016 investigation into allegations he sexually harassed a graduate student.
