University of Delaware Students, Faculty Return Safely from Egypt

The students and faculty participating in the University of Delaware’s study abroad programs in Egypt have safely returned to the United States.

Twenty-two students and two faculty members were taking part in UD-sponsored Winter Session trips in the country when the current political unrest erupted. Both groups arrived in the U.S. Sunday.

A University representative thanked everyone for emails and phone calls expressing concern for the students and faculty.
