MSNBC reports that Dennis Ross “will not be a special envoy to Iran, senior officials tell NBC News, but he is expected to be in charge of Iran policy.” Other journalists are being told that “envoys are for nations with whom we have diplomatic relations. Dennis will be a special coordinator.”
