Scholar Speaks About ‘Islamic Threat’ at Adams State University [on John Esposito]

“The real danger [to our way of life] comes when we change the principles we value because we feel threatened,” Dr. John Esposito warned during a presentation at Adams State University Monday night. “When our belief in being free to worship as we like is overcome by our fear of the religion others may choose.”

Currently serving as the President Elect of the American Academy of Religion, Esposito delivered a presentation titled “The Islamic Threat: Myth or Reality” to a room filled with Valley residents and Adams State University students and staff.
