The story of Texas ninth-grader Ahmed Mohamed, made famous by his homemade "clock" that resembled a suitcase bomb, has taken a curious turn. His father, Mohamed Elhassan Mohamed has parlayed accusations of Islamophobia with regard to the school's caution into a political attack against the United States for its complicity in the 9/11 atrocity--in all its "Truther" glory.
This is Mohamed's second foray into one of the radical left's favorite fever swamps. Last month, one day after the fourteenth commemoration of 9/11, Mohammed posted a Sept. 12 Facebook photo of the burning towers, using his Sudanese National Reform Party page.
