A Perth man who was deported from Saudi Arabia last year when his brother was accused of terrorism offences has reportedly been delivering lectures encouraging jihadists.

Junaid Thorne, 24 criticised the federal government for not doing enough to help him and his brother get out of the country when his brother Shayden was arrested.

He went into hiding in Saudia Arabia in fear of also being arrested before handing himself in to authorities and being sent home to Australia.
