Mufti Shams-Ul-Huda Khan Misbahi, the highest-ranking Muslim cleric in Kirklees, believes that arranged marriages build solid families and strong communities.
The mufti, the Islamic equivalent of a bishop, runs a free surgery offering advice based on Islamic law on a whole range of problems from family and social matters to business and property disputes.
