A Christian legal advocacy group says it's representing an Army lieutenant colonel who was removed from his teaching position after using material deemed anti-Islamic.

Thomas More Law Center President and Chief Counsel Richard Thompson said Tuesday Lt. Col. Matthew Dooley's constitutional rights and academic freedoms were violated. Dooley was removed from teaching at the Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Va., and the Pentagon suspended the course in April.
