A woman who wears traditional Muslim attire in public, with only her eyes showing, was found not guilty Tuesday of a disorderly conduct charge stemming from a Baldwin Borough police incident.
Channel 4 Action News' Janelle Hall reported that Krysti Swanson and her husband were picking wildflowers with their two children on Sept. 18 and walking in what they say they did not know was private property along railroad tracks that run parallel to East Carson Street.
Borough police say they got a call that two masked men were in the area, which has been known for crime.
