Police are investigating whether a murdered Asian radio agony aunt could have been bludgeoned to death by a listener angered by her on-air involvement in family feuds.

Nasim Jamil, 54, whose blood-covered body was found by her daughter at their home, had stated on Awaz FM's website that it was her dream to reunite relatives.

The Asian community in Glasgow, where she lived, fear Mrs Jamil was murdered over her role in disputes, Mohammad Sawar, a high-profile Muslim MP said yesterday.
