Four terror suspects linked to British Islamic State murderer Jihadi John have used hundreds of thousands of pounds in legal aid to sue the Government, it has emerged.
The men are all connected to the same London terrorist cell as Jihadi John – real name Mohammed Emwazi – who has been accused of beheading dozens of hostages, including Britons David Haines and Alan Henning.
Three of the suspects suing the Home Office, Mohammed Ahmed Mohamed, Ibrahim Magag and another man identified as CF, are challenging counter-terrorism orders designed to restrict their activities.
