MEF President and Founder, Daniel Pipes, will be hosting special guest, Izabella Tabarovsky in Philadelphia on October 23rd, to discuss her piece, featured in Jewish Priorities: Sixty-Five Proposals for the Future of Our People. Mr. Pipes will share more about his upcoming book, Israel Victory: Zionist Acceptance and Palestinian Liberation.

Mr. Pipes argues that the struggle contains two unique phenomena that extend beyond the realm of politics and are therefore difficult to grasp. In a penetrating essay that brings original insights to a well-worn topic, he draws lessons from past Palestinian-Israeli diplomatic failures, delves into the nature of military defeat and victory, and offers practical advice on how Israel can win through minimal violence and maximal messaging.

Both sides desperately need an Israel victory. For Israel, victory means its acceptance as a Jewish state, especially in the Muslim world and on the global Left. For the Palestinians, Israel victory means liberation from a self-destructive obsession, thereby enabling them to at last build a polity, economy, society, and culture worthy of their skills and ambitions.
