The document was entered into evidence in U.S. vs. Holy Land Foundation, America’s most important terror funding prosecution.
CAIR is a notorious Islamist organization which practices stealth jihad while claiming moderation. It was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the above noted U.S. vs. Holy Land Foundation prosecution which resulted in all defendants being found guilty on 108 charges.
As if associating CAIR with a HAMAS funding trial wasn’t enough, one of those convicted in Holy Land was Ghassan Elashi, the founder of the Texas chapter of CAIR, he was already serving a long sentence for a previous terror conviction.
