Hassan Diab, the former Ottawa professor has been branded as a criminal in unethical way. 30 years back, professor was accuseddue to his active involvement in the bomb explosion case which claimed huge casualties. According the intelligence squad, he played a major role to hit a French synagogue with bombs.
He was incarcerated and brought to eye-witness box for further prosecution. He was very upset as he confessed that he had no ill-intension to terminate any property or human life so mercilessly.
However, the French intelligence agency refuted his claims and started a proceeding in the court. According to thelawyer on behalf of Hassan, the former professor had no axe to grind to destroy the wealth and resources of a nation.
Kent Roach has told the reporters that intelligence reports are based on circumstances and facts dictated by persons. It can be distorted and misleading. There is another allegation against Hassan which has been framed by the French Intelligence bureau.
According to police personnel, the former professor has encroached into foreign land showing fake visa, passport and other documents. The state proceedings will be started soon to cross-examine the professor regarding his involvement in bomb explosion incident.
