At the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) annual convention earlier this month, University of Detroit Mercy School of Law adjunct professor Amer Zahr dismissed claims by the "pro-Israel lobby" that "Palestinians teach their children to hate" or "send themselves out to kill people" as "a form of Islamophobia." Zahr, who is apparently ignorant of the indoctrination to hatred and violence that occurs in Palestinian society from childhood on up, claimed last year that "terrorism" is an "ethnic slur" used exclusively against Muslims.
