As per the interlocutory judgment given in the action for damages brought by Sabri ÜLKER, the plaintiff's attorney, against the defendants Gökyüzü Sanat Ürünleri A.Ş. and F.Dilek Uğuz;

We hereby kindly ask you to inform us whether there is any order or reason to the effect that the products of some companies (including those of the firm Ülker) should not be entered, sold in the military canteens and cafeterias and some companies including Ülker should not be allowed to join any bid tenders and, if there is such order or notice, to send to our legal court a certified copy of such document till the date of 23.09.1999 on which the deferred hearing shall occur.
